- Nature of the contract
By means of this contract BOUIRATA, S.L. with registered office at Avda.Mil-lenari, 54 08328 - ALELLA and NIF B-64246739, registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona, volume 38704 folio 0202 page 332378 Inscription 1 sells to the client (any natural or legal person with whom Olisal subscribes any contract of sale of its catalogue) and this one buys from Olisal the product specified in the invoice. Contract' means the purchase and sale transaction that is instrumented by this document. Product' means the goods which are the subject of the purchase contract.
- Availability and prices
The data shown in our database correspond to products that have been included in our catalogue at some point in time. We do not assume responsibility for any typographical or arithmetical errors that may appear on our website. Although Olisal has more than 90% of its catalogue in stock, total availability at the time of purchase is not guaranteed. In the event that a product is not available, it will be replaced by a similar product.
- Shipping
Shipping costs will be added to the total price.
- Payment
In the case of shipments, payment for the product will be made in one of the following ways, at the buyer's choice: bank transfer, online payment by credit card or payment through the Paypal platform.
Olisal will deliver the corresponding invoice to the customer digitally by email and at the time of delivery of the order. The credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
- Cancellations and returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to the time of delivery. If we receive notice of cancellation after the package is shipped it will be considered a return. Returns can be made up to 7 days after receipt of the product. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. The purchase amount will not be refunded, but can be used for another purchase.
Excluded from this case are those returns that are the result of an error on our part or a defect in the product. In such a case, OLISAL undertakes to exchange the defective product for an identical one. It will also pay the return and shipping costs. - Security and confidentiality
In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, when a customer places an order, their personal and address details and those relating to their method of payment are added to our database and used only to process the order and send information about offers and services that may be of interest to our customers. Olisal ensures the confidentiality of the data provided by our customers, as the personal data requested is always strictly necessary.
Olisal undertakes not to use them for any purpose other than that agreed and not to transfer or sell them to third parties under any circumstances.
