Morisca

Morisca oils are oils with medium-high fruit and a somewhat bitter and spicy taste. Its Moriscas olives are very resistant to drought and extends throughout the province of Badajoz, in what is Lower Extremadura, occupying 53% of the olive grove of the Pacific region of Tierra de Barros. In Portugal it occupies the Alentejo and Algarve area. Morisca is used for both table olives and mills, where they are highly appreciated for their high fat yield around 22%.
