CAMINS DE VERDOR CAN 5L

Camins de Verdor is a harmonious, fruity oil reminiscent of freshly cut grass. In the mouth, sweet attack, very characteristic of the Arbequina variety, with a few touches of spicy. It's reminiscent of the tomato maker, fresh fruit and artichoke. Finish with a very slight bitterness.
Camins de Verdor is located in the municipality of Belianes (Lleida), there have an extreme climate, very cold in winter and very hot in summer. This makes the oils they obtain special. They collect the olives in "Pre-Envero", when they are still green passing to purple. They are collected with vibrating machines, without touching the ground to damage the fruit as little as possible and with very little time you take them to the mill to press at very low temperature (24-25o). Afterwards, they leave it to be decanted naturally and store it in stainless steel tanks, with ideal temperature and rain conditions. They have an ecological certificate.
