Oil yellow vedes, very fruity with notes reminiscent of the almond. Sweet attack, characteristic of the empeltre olive and a slight spicy finish, typical of the green arbequina.
This family business, with a great agricultural tradition, is committed to the highest quality of oil. In 2014 they were updated, renewing the production processes and betting on the product that provides them with their lands. In Fatarella (Terra Alta), the climate is very cold in winter and the summers very dry and hot. In addition, they have the certification of the Terra Alta Designation of Origin and with the Integrated Production seal.
