Intensely flavored pepper with floral aromas, eucalyptus and mint. The pepper grain retains all the aromas indefinitely, so when you grind it leaves us with the characteristic aromas and spicy aromas. That is why we recommend using a grinder when serving, so we make sure it is ground at the moment and we will notice the difference with other peppers already previously ground.
Damune was born in 2015 in Barcelona. Josep Maria Dalmases wanted to make a selection of the best salts and spas and give them a presentation at the height of the product. The salt-containing bottles have a thread closure for perfect preservation.
