Elaborated near the ancient Roman Via Augusta, in the Terres de l'Ebre, Tarragona, in a prime location: La Finca de l'Arion, a place of ancient olive trees, the longest-lived of the Mediterranean. The majority produces farga olives, a variety very old and very sensitive to the pathologies of the olive tree. Due to strict control and protocol of the producers in the Moli de la Creu, La Galera, has been able to certify this oil as the fruit of millenarian olive trees. The edition is always very limited, about 500 bottles of 0.5 liters per harvest.
