Green color. Intense olive fruity profile with a feeling that recalls the ripe fruit. Perceived notes of apple, ripe banana and almond. They appear green notes of leaves and secondary aromas of fennel and new greens. In the mouth, sweet and nutty, slightly bitter and spicy. Well balanced.
