Very fruity, with intense flavors, slightly astringent and very clean. Grass aroma, slightly spicy and sweet, with notes of almonds, walnuts, tomatoes and bananas.
Produced in the region of Priorat, Tarragona, from Arbequina olives. The company was founded in 1997 by two local young people looking forward in producing high quality products. The olive is hand pick from the trees while they are still green, making a strict selection. Packaging unfiltered, it is normal that a sediment is deposited at the bottom of the bottle.
