ARBEQUINA: Sweet oil, with a very harmonious aroma and flavor in which fruity and herbal notes are combined.
PICUAL: Predominance of green shades of apple, tomato plant and green grass, with also intense attributes of almond and nuts. In its passage through the mouth, a slight astringency and an almost imperceptible bitter tone accompany a spicy finish of very moderate intensity.
BLEND: Made from picual, picudo and hojiblanca olives. Especially fruity, fluid, slightly green and medium-bitter oil, spicy and somewhat sweet, with aromas of green apple, freshly cut grass and hints of banana, almond and tomato.
ECOLOGICAL: Picual variety, organic olive oil that stands out for its freshness and aroma of aromatic herbs such as thyme and rosemary.
Made in Dilar, in the Sierra Nevada National Park, Granada, an area of high olive tradition. The production method is endorsed by the Quality Certificate and the Integrated Production seal, both granted by the Junta de Andalucía. Very modern and new mill, managed by the Gil Velasco family. Due to the geographical location of the farm, at 1000 m altitude, and in order to avoid damage caused by snowfall and frost, the fruit is collected in October, when it is still green.
