All Mallafré flavored oils are obtained grinding the fruit, in this case basil, in a mill to convert it into flour. This flour is placed in the baskets to press later in the hydraulic press, always cold. Once obtained the oil is naturally decanted and filtered for packaging. To preserve its natural aroma, fresh and aromatic, the fruit is pressed throughout the year.
