OLEUM HISPANIA HOJIBLANCA 500ML

High fruity oil. Fresh grass, apple and green banana predominate on the nose. On the palate, the attack is sweet, with a posterior and pleasant bitter and a slightly more spicy finish.
Oleum Hispania oils are produced in Cordoba, in a privileged area between the countryside and the Cordoba subbetics. These lands at 600m altitude are very suitable for olive trees. In addition, they take care of their lands very carefully so that the olives obtained are of the highest quality and thus obtain an excellent oil. They select the olives and collect them at their optimum point, to take them to the press. The cold extraction process is carried out below 22oC, thus maintaining the maximum properties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
