Young and familiar Almazara located in Yecla (Murcia), at an altitude of 600-800 m above sea level. The climate is continental, with cold winters with very little rainfall and hot summers. The soils where the olive is grown are poor and limestone. All Deortegas oils are organically grown, guaranteeing that they do not contain any type of pesticide or component harmful to health. The olives are picked by hand, never from the ground, transported in boxes and, once cleaned of leaves and branches, their juice is extracted within 24 hours of collection.
