The excellent location of the farms, the microclimate of the valley of Tiétar and the bottle irrigation allow good preservation of the environment and an excellent oil quality. The olives that fall on the ground are always discarded. Coupage of Cornicabra and Arbequina, offers different shades of golden yellow to deep green.
