Green. Intense olive fruity profile with a feeling reminiscent of ripe fruits. Notes of apple, ripe banana and almond are noticed. Green leafy notes and secondary aromas of fennel and new greens appear. On the palate, sweet and almond flavor, slightly bitter and spicy. Very balanced.
The Agricultural Cooperative and Caixa Agraria de Cambrils, renovated in 1990 its facilities to improve oil production, both in quantity and quality. They are made from the Arbequina variety, with a very aromatic flavor. In the old warehouse of the winery is currently shown an exhibition of the production of the oil with tools and photos of the whole process.
