LA COLLITA GARRAFA 5L

This green-yellow oil. On the nose it is reminiscent of the freshly cut grass, with aromas of walnut, almonds, artichoke, banana and tomatera, very cararceristic of the arbequina of the area. On the palate, it has a sweet and aromatic attack and a very balanced finish with bitter and spicy.
This operative is located in the Palma d'Ebre (Tarragona), with almost centuries-old tradition. On the estate they have centuries-old olive trees and have adapted to the present day the learning they inherited from their grandparents. In fact, they keep the oil underground for preservation in the best conditions, in the same facilities that their ancestors made.
