The Castell de Gardeny was Casa Templaria and was part of the line of castles that defended the border of the Ebro that separated Al-Andalus from the Christian territories. This vinegar is made by a small Catalan company, with over a hundred years of experience (1908), which has devoted its main attention to innovation and quality improvement.
