FORUM CHARDONNAY 250

Transparent, soft, fragrant and very elegant, it allows not to mask the color of the dishes. To fully respect its initial qualities, it is not filtered, so it can produce a slight sediment or totally natural turbidity.
Made from the Chardonnay variety, it has an average aging of 3 years in oak barrels.
Made by a family-owned winery in Penedès located next to the same Via Augusta Roman, with modern facilities. They are determined to maintain their small structure that has allowed them to offer a range of genuine, personalized and differentiated products, with prestige today in more than twenty countries and among large restaurateurs such as Carme Ruscalleda, Ferran Adrià, Jean-Louis Neichel or Sergi Arola.
