After the addition of expedition liquor after disgorgement, the acertification process is started pariently between 6 and 8 months in American oak barrels and a minium aging of 1 year in French oak barrels. in Sant Sadurní d´Anoia, the capital of Cava. In 1953 he inaugurated the first wine analysis laboratory in the sector. It is currently a family business of consolidated prestige.
