FORUM CABERNET SAUVIGNON 500ML

Sweet and balanced sweet and sour taste, nothing aggressive. To fully respect its initial qualities, it is not filtered, so it can produce a slight sediment or totally natural turbidity.
Made from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, it has an average aging of 8 years in oak barrels and is only bottled between 5% and 10% of each barrel every two years to maintain a high percentage of aged product.
Made by a family-owned winery in Penedès located next to the same Via Augusta Roman, with modern facilities. They are determined to maintain their small structure that has allowed them to offer a range of genuine, personalized and differentiated products, with prestige today in more than twenty countries and among large restaurateurs such as Carme Ruscalleda, Ferran Adrià, Jean-Louis Neichel or Sergi Arola.
