PONS WHITE TRUFFLE

The family Pons produces olive oil from 1945 and, nowadays its fourth generation has become a main exporter, which sells olive oil to Italy, the USA, England and Australia mainly. The property is placed in the area of Les Garrigues, in the province of Lerida, and the oil is elaborated with arbequina olives, ground in a stone mill. It is green, fruity, soft and delicate and has an intense aroma. The range of infused oils is composed of olive oils macerated with natural ingredients, in this case, white truffles.
