They inherited the ancestral and noble picual trees and the sweet and fragrant Arbequinos and recreate them obtaining colors and flavors hitherto unknown in these varietals.
Oak smoke oil is the first and only cold-infused oil made using an artisanal production system that follows the strictest quality controls and protocols. With the help of smokers, they have made a selection of different ecological woods, in which oak predominates.
