LA CHINATA GARRAFA 5L

Intense bright golden yellow with hints of green. Sweet taste without bitterness or itching typical of southern Spain. Aroma of ripe fruit with intense apple and banana. Dense body.
Produced in the region of the Sierra de Gata-Hurdes (north of Cáceres), from the chamomile variety Caceres. The process of elaboration and selection of olives remains unchanged over 90 years, choosing a top pick fruit only completely healthy and the right degree of ripeness. Once in the mill, we proceed to a second selection for maximum quality.
Chamomile Caceres is the olive that is usually aimed at direct consumption (as table olives).
