ARBEQUINA: Golden yellow oil. Sweet attack, bitter and spicy very light. Medium fruity oil reminiscent of almond and ripe banana.
MORISCA: Golden oil, on the nose reminiscent of tomatera, fig tree and almond. Sweet attack, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, very mild spicy.
HOJIBLANCA: Golden green oil, with aromas reminiscent of fresh grass and green fruits. In the mouth, it is a very balanced oil among sweet, bitter and spicy.
PICUAL: Oil of the picual variety of great intensity. The nose is reminiscent of tomato, grass, fig tree and olive leaf. On the palate, the bitters are pronounced and with a slight spicy.
