ORO SAN CARLOS 250ML

Unfiltered with very clean look. Green color lighter than olive green with yellow tones. In the nose gives a symphony of flavors being the most remarkable the one of fruity green olive notes , apple and ripe pear, very characteristic of cornicabra. Highly persistent flavor. In mouth  sweet taste  with slightly bitter and spicy, rich in green ending notes.
Property located in Valley of Tietê, Cáceres, where arives  the clear waters from the snows of Mount Almanzor, almost perpetual.Its farms exceptional locatiom, its microclimate of  Tiétar valley and its bottle irrigation allows for a good conservation of the environment  and to obtain an  excellent quality oil. Olives that fall in to theground are always discharged.
