"Arbequí": very fruity, green with aromas of artichoke. Bitter and spicy very balanced.
"Rojal": slightly sweet, bitter and spicy points and ripe fruits of banana and tender almond.
"Negret": soft and very elegant texture where spicy, tomato and pepper dominates.
It is a small family business located in Cabacés, in the Priorat area and at the foot of the Sierra del Montsant. This area is characterized by a Mediterranean climate and the arid climate of the Ebro Valley, so these contrasts are reflected in the attributes of its oil.
Pack, in limited edition, of three bottles of monovarietal oils of native arbequí, rojal and negret olives from millenary trees of the farms located within the Natural Park of the Sierra del Montsant.
