It is the first oil obtained as a result of milling and pressing together Arbequina olives and Mediterranean oranges. Quite natural oil that keeps all of the beneficial component of olives and oranges.
All Mallafré flavored oils are obtained by grinding the orange fruit  in a mill into flour. This flour is placed in the pressing mats for pressing later in the hydraulic press, always cold. Once obtained the oil is decanted naturally in wells and filtered to packaging. To preserve its natural flavous, fresh and aromatic scent, the fuit is pressed during all year.
