MAS AURÓ ARGUDELL LATA 500ML

Mas Auró oil is made from the native argudell variety of the area of l'Empord. The centenary olive trees and are found in Espolla and Sant Climent. The climate and terrain of the area give the seaweed a different, intense touch, with green aromas, reminiscent of freshly cut grass, almond and tomatera. Bitter and spicy are medium-high.
Mas Auró is a family business with great dedication to olive oil. They follow the whole process, live all year round near the olive trees, do all the pruning and harvesting work to finally obtain an excellent oil. They have opted for organic cultivation and all their olive trees have the ecological certificate. In addition, they have their own mill for the same day that they collect the olives can be pressed and thus guarantee the maximum freshness and quality of the olive.
