Aroma clean, fresh and intense which reminds tomato and green almond. Notes of artichokes, green bananas, herbs and fennel. Intense fruity, spicy and bitter, typical of green oil. Dense and full-bodied in mouth. long taste, enveloping and very balanced. Very fruity and harmonized with strong personality, typical of living olives, this oil enhances the green complex and the ending freshness.
Elaborated in the Moli dels Torms environment in the region of Les Garrigues, Lleidain an enclave that due to its extreme climate meets the optimal conditions for a concentrated olive flavor.
