Golden oil with a green touch. It is very fruity, with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple and banana. On the palate, it is balanced between sweet, amber and spicy.
Finca located in the tiétar valley, Cáceres, where the clean waters of the snows of Mount Almanzor arrive, almost perpetual. The excellent location of the farms, the microclimate of the Tiétar Valley and the bottle irrigation allow a good conservation of the environment and obtain an oil of excellent quality. Olives that fall to the ground are always discarded.
