MESTRAL VINAGRE DE GARNACHA 250ML

Pink color, intense in aroma and flavor. Made by hand with red wine of the Garnacha variety.
Produced by the Cooperative Society of Cambrils, in the province of Tarragona. The Cooperativa Agrícola y Caixa Agraria de Cambrils, belonging to Siurana, renovated its facilities in 1990 to improve oil production, both in quantity and quality. In the old warehouse of the winery an exhibition of the elaboration of the oil with tools and photos of the whole process is currently shown. In 1921 they opened the winery where they made the wines formerly. This building is currently the permanent headquarters of the Agricultural Museum, built by Bernardí Martorell, Student of Antoni Gaudí.
