Ximénez-Spínola is synonymous with exclusivity. This independent and family-based company based in Jerez de la Frontera and with more than two centuries of tradition has no vocation to grow in volumes but in quality and prestige. Therefore, by unanimous agreement of the Family Council, all its production is limited and numbered, which makes each bottle a unique piece, while guaranteeing the quality and old age of its products, all made exclusively with the grape variety Peter Jimenez. With such limited production, they cannot even supply most of the markets in which they are demanded, so each of their bottles is a true winemaking jewel.
