Green fruity oil of high intensity. With aromas reminiscent of grass, banana, tomato and almond. In the mouth the bitter and spicy intense have good balance.
The Cooperative was created in 1920 by the great-great-grandparents and they are mainly engaged in the production and commercialization of extra virgin olive oil, although it is also responsible for the production of almonds and cereals of its associates.
The region of Les Garrigues was the first to create a Protected Designation of Origin of extra virgin olive oil throughout the State, since its characteristics (orography, climatology and the Arbequina variety of its olive trees) make the oil it produces unique in the world.
The combination of valleys with steeper terrain and that of forests with cultivated areas bounded by ancient stone margins make up a unique agricultural space that, thanks to its biodiversity, allows us to apply environmentally friendly farming techniques. It currently has the Integrated Production seal.
