Intense in nose and mouth, clearly fruity and rich in nuances. Aromas reminiscent of fresh grass, with notes of artichoke, green walnuts and almonds.
Made by the Miró Cubells family, rooted for more than ten generations in the Priorat region, at the foot of the Sierra del Montsant, an area of steep geography and exceptional weather with varied microclimates that produce very well differentiated oils. Coupage of four olive varieties: arbequina, rojal, koroneiki and arbosana.
