Of sublime elegance, very fruity, endowed with a fine acidity, silky and fresh body. Exquisite balance of citrus fruits and sweets both in the nose and in the mouth. Six months in the barrel transmit an aroma reminiscent of lemon, cinnamon, rosemary honey, peach and acacia.

The Castell de Gardeny was Casa Templaria and was part of the line of castles that defended the border of the Ebro that separated Al-Andalus from the Christian territories. This vinegar is made by a small Catalan company, with over a hundred years of experience (1908), which has devoted its main attention to innovation and quality improvement.
