Farm located between the villages of Garriguella and Peralada in l'Empordà, Girona, between the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrenees, combed by the Tramontana, the north wind. Oil is made by a single family, with olives harvested at their optimal state of ripeness. The varieties that make this oil are: Picual, of Andalusian origin which gives you body, argudell, native of l'Empordà, which gives fruitiness and Frantoio, of Italian origin, which gives quality and freshness. This high-end oil and coupage it is present only in the most exclusive gourmet shops in the USA.
