This oil is made from the oil of Els Hostalets arbequina and truffle dehydrated in pieces, also add Aroma to Tuber Magnatum Pico. They make it with Piedmont White truffle.
Finca els Hostalets is a family property located in the municipality of Riudoms (Tarragona), at the junction between the axis of the Mediterranean and the valley of the Ebro. Its origins date back to 1898 when Joaquin Ibarz, great-grandfather of the current manager, cultivated his olive grove and produced olive oil in the Stone Mill located in the cellar of the family home. In the 1980s José Seuma Ibarz, began the recovery of the olive grove throughout the farm, . Since 2004 José Seuma Terés fourth generation, takes over the farm. In 2010 the conversion of the farm to Ecological Cultivation began under the supervision and control of the CCPAE. In his determination to obtain the best Arbequina olive in the world José Seuma has surrounded himself with good professionals who help him day by day in optimizing production processes such as cultivation, harvesting, processing, packaging and conservation.
