DAMUNE FLOR DE SAL DEL DELTA DE L'EBRE 150G

This salt flower is collected following the traditional methods in the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta. Delicate in flavor, it is a moist salt high in minerals. Soft in texture, it easily desceds into a platy meat or vegetable and enhances the entire flavor of food. In the collection and packaging process, no antihumectants, anti-apelmasants, aditivians, or iodine or fluoride are added to it.
Damune was born in 2015 in Barcelona. Josep Maria Dalmases wanted to make a selection of the best salts and spas and give them a presentation at the height of the product. Salt-containing bottles have a thread closure for perfect preservation.
