DAMUNE SAL AZUL DE PERSIA 200G

This salt comes from an old mine more than 260 million years old. Light salt crystals float on the surface of the water, and not only have the salinity of a spring but also catch its flavor at the moment, after an evaporation naturally caused by the sun and a light wind. The blue color of its crystals is provided by silvinite, a variant of potassium chloride. It is also rich in iron and calcium.
Damune was born in 2015 in Barcelona. Josep Maria Dalmases wanted to make a selection of the best salts and spas and give them a presentation at the height of the product. The salt-containing bottles have a thread closure for perfect preservation.
