It's called black salt, but its color is pink. It's not very salty. Not salty, earthy in flavor if you try it directly. Pronounced hard-boiled egg flavor.
His Hindu name is Sanchal. It is an unrefined table salt with a strong sulphurous flavor. It is one of the purest forms of salt and is derived directly from its mineral form. Salt extracted directly from the rock is heated in a earthen earthen scoop where herbs such as Terminalia Chebula (Haritaki), an adaptogen and rejuvenator with lipid reducing properties containing Vitamin C are added. It contains small amounts of natural trace elements (iron, magnesium and copper) and acts as a tonic for the digestive system. It replaces lost salt in exercise and its trace elements help maintain good health. The use of Black Salt is widespread in Indian culinary art as a seasoning and is famous for its therapeutic properties.
Damune was born in 2015 in Barcelona. Josep Maria Dalmases wanted to make a selection of the best salts and spas and give them a presentation at the height of the product. The salt-containing bottles have a thread closure for perfect preservation.
