Sea salt
Salt in the form of pyramidal flakes. This is achieved from the process of solar evaporation of sea water, they let it dry in specific pans for almost two years, until it reaches 3% humidity. The taste of this salt is light, soft and fluffy, like Mediterranean salts.
Damune was born in 2015 in Barcelona. Josep Maria Dalmases wanted to make a selection of the best salts and spaces and give them a presentation at the level of the product. The jars that contain the salt have a screw closure for its perfect conservation.
