DAMUNE SAL ROJA ALEA MOLOKAI 200G

Hawaii's red salt comes from The Island of Molokai. The reddish color is due to the volcanic clay of this color, called Alea. This makes this salt very rich in iron oxide, it is highly valued for containing up to 80 natural minerals, such as potassium and magnesium. Another highlight is that it is a very low sodium salt. This salt is often used to make typical Hawaiian dishes and traditionally used it to purify and bless canoes, temples and houses.
Damune was born in 2015 in Barcelona. Josep Maria Dalmases wanted to make a selection of the best salts and spas and give them a presentation at the height of the product. The salt-containing bottles have a thread closure for perfect preservation.
