Binding salt crystals float on the surface of the water, and not only do they have the salinity of a spring but they catch their flavor at the moment, after an evaporation caused by natural form by the sun and a light wind. This mauve blue must not have the presence of a particular component of the salt, but comes from the natural fossilization of some of its crystals. The formation of these crystals is only possible under climatic and atmospheric conditions of very particular altitude, pressure and humidity.
